Description of requirements/features: The CMS we prefer would be created with Joomla. Please note we are more comfortable with the source code from an existing database portal.
PHP, CSS and Javascript needs to all work ion sync to enable efficient reuse of the program. We would require you send the links of the existing property portal so we can judge the functionality and scope of data the website can carry.
We anticipate the website to be used to hold at least 800 item descriptions
complete with location and profile data.
The source code should enable all unique page queries as expected.
