Small Development On my Wordpress website

I have some reasonable wordpress knowledge but I am in some need of help for some development I am looking at for my wordpress website www.loopingit.com

1- Remove wordpress logo and place my logo insteasd on login page

2- Create using woocommence an online shop. All I am in need of is somebody to create the pages as I am able to add products and sort out all the administration for woocommence. My shop is very basic. The only catch is that you have to sign up to my website in order to purchase there so there is no way of ordering my product without being a member of the website. SO when it says on the checkout "im new here" the only option is to create an account

3- When I post my URL on my video page to my website it doesn't have the video thumbnail as the image when posted to facebook and I would like the video thumbnail to be the main image

If you have any questions please as me anything. I would like to get this done as soon as possible too

I don't have a massive budget and would be great to hear back and see if this is something your able to do?
