Single product animation in in css+java and publishing on a wordpress site.

General information for the website: We sell dev. kit for mobile industry.
Kind of development: Customization of existing website

Description of requirements/features: I have a company with a website it is made in wordpress, where I want to start with an easy animation to illustrate what we do. I am a designer and could provide you with a reference movie so that you know what I want you to do (I think it is made in css with some javascripts (?) We do not want flash animation or .mov.

I have found a reference animation here: www.spring.com/checkin. You can see the animation if you press "show me".
Is this kind of animation something you could help us with? I think we want the same amount of steps as in the reference. How much would that cost?
