Simple wordpress site to demonstrate engineering calculator

• I want a simple functional Wordpress site (no specific requirements for theme or styling) which demonstrates an engineering calculator (Powerpoint guide attached).
• The calculator will preload dropdown boxes with data from a separate mysql database, and accept user inputs in various fields.
• The “Calculate” button will validate user inputs using a client side script, and then using a php script will perform lookups in the database, calculate results, and post back and display the information to the calculator form, without reloading the form.
• The Calculator requires multi-tabs to show information related to the selections made.
• The multi-tabs will show images, video and html5 charts.
• A “clear data” button is required to remove reset all selections and data.
• The calculator should be developed on your own site to demonstrate functionality, and when approved, moved to my own domain.
• The data algorithms and database fields are already defined.
• There is no requirement to save data to the database.
• A powerpoint file is attached to demonstrate the general requirements
