Simple wordpress Extension required with Google maps API

Description of requirements/features: This is very simple extension. This a fare calculation, based on the chosen location with the help of Google maps API. website visitors will be able to choose the two locations - pick-up and drop-off, then according to the distance between the two location, a predefined price must be shown to the client. But no ecommence required. We just need to show the price to the visitor. Price will be calculated on the basis of milage (MPH). Price needs to be calculated on the basis of,

Minimum fixed rate for up to certain miles, may be 2 (this can be configured by the admin in the backend).
then, for more then 2 or more miles (this can be configured by the admin in the backend), price will be calculated on the basis of price per mile. the price /mile will be defined in the backend of the admin.
