Simple API Integration on a Wordpress website

we have a WordPress based website and we want to integrate an API to show leaderboard information on homepage or any decided page,

we should be able to choose get information for next day or previous day or next week and previous week

1.you need to design full responsive design for table and shows the corresponding data according to visitor's choice
