Show authorised authors in NextGen comments

General information for the website: We showcase the creative process behind films and games
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: Our platform evolves around NextGen galleries, where we showcase thousands of images, on which users can comment. The artists behind the images will explain their work and engage with users. This means some images will have comments on them and some won't. Right now there is no indication whether or not an image has been commented on. And no indication whether or not the commenter is just a user or the artist.

We want to change that.

As you can see in the attached photos, this is what we need:

1. The comment symbol should change from gray to purple when there is at least 1 comment on the picture.
2. The author's comment needs to get a small "artist" label in purple and a check mark.

Artists have the role of "Editors" in Wordpress.

Job: The job is to complete the two points above
Success criteria: Both points are completed. It's error and warning free and compatible with all themes and plugins. It doesn't go away after updating NextGen or other plugins. It looks the same across all relevant pages. I can change the text and image in the future to something else.
