SH404SEF Expert

We have had our website built in Joomla and the developer has used SH404SEF to manage URLs, etc. At present it is unstable and inconsistent. i.e on some page it pulls from the H1 tag, others the alias and others it makes up as it goes along. We need someone with a really deep understanding of SH404SEF to come in and 1) carry out an audit of the current set up and then 2) fix bugs and 3) lay down how the extension should work and make sure it does so moving forward.
