Setup existing .mo and .po files to be used in multilanguage wordpress theme

I installed wpml in my wordpress website, setup multilanguages at back-end, added dropdown menu in front-end for switch language. I also make some manual string translation and it works well. But my main themes and plugins have .mo and .po files in multiple languages. So I want to setup back-end in such a way that all strings in .mo and .po files can be used for multilanguage. I tryed myself but it is not working well. So the task I want is setup the back-end to use .mo and/or .po files correctly. I expect one hour work for this task.

I give ftp and/or admin access for my website.
