Setup and Style Drupal Templates

Setup Drupal Templates from supplied designs. We have a back log in work and need the basic setup of the Template, CSS and content types setup. We will finish the rest of the coding.

We are using Drupal 7 for development. All we need is for someone who works quick to do all the setup (Installation, CSS styling, Setup blocks, Setup views, Setup content types)
We will do the population, any extra coding and final touches.

If we can get someone that is reliable, he will be used for all our jobs.
