Setting Up Wordpress Template - Creation of additional pages - Database Quiry Page

Hi,

I am looking for some quotes with a word press site. I have a template for word press here : http://preview.themeforest.net/item/toniq-magazine-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/1017145.

The site is perfect for our needs and we are looking for someone to help set it up and make it easy for us to update content and pictures etc.

We also need a few pages made for the site: a sales page added and a way to accept online payments for the 3 products that we sell.

A page on the site to have a database on it. We offer discounts at multiple venues in different regions. So we would like a location search query for our database to display locations near where the online user is. (we have some concept renderings of what we want the layout to look like) Pretty much like how trip advisor lay it out but of course much smaller as we only have 300 venues, but they are in 12 countries and in different cities, so we want to make it easy for the customer to filter.

Also a designated page for each venue with pictures, description, map and the discounts they will receive. All the content we have just need the shell of it building and a way for our team to copy the page and input the data for each venue.

But built around the word press template I listed at the top, because we want it to look a bit more dynamic.

I have concept designs for the new pages we need creating also.
