Set up wordpress directory website category menus and add bespoke feature

We have a business directory website and need you to set up around 10 top level categories with each one having 10 sub-categories (this is just simple copy & paste).

The second part of the job is to bypass the category result page. Because we only have 1 sub category we don't need it. For example, we have set up a couple of links on our site. We want the item "Responsive Design" on our website to go straight to this page:

http://www.creativewales.com/customers/integra/review/responsive-design/

However at the moment it goes to this page:

http://www.creativewales.com/customers/integra/search-page/?review-category=responsive-design

We will only ever have 1 item per category so the category search/listing page is not needed.
