Rolling bar and small css modifications

General information for the website: We need to add a rolling (Pop upward) bar on slider and few css modifications
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: We would like to modify the following website:

(Our main example that we like is:http://www.damacproperties.com/en)

[ ]On the main page slider, there is a roll over pop that we like to have (http://d.pr/i/foWL)
[ ] We asked similar drop-down in Damac "Investor Relations" with different text (I guess it was "Client Relations”) (http://d.pr/i/aJqt)
[ ]The slider image should cover side to side (from left to right)
[ ]the fronts on Menu, I would rather to use similar fonts as Damac
[ ]When you hover on menu items, I would rather to change the color to Orange. Also is it possible to leave the main menu as Orange when you go to the drop downs? Like both "Projects" and "Finished" to be in Orange when user goes on “Finished"
[ ]After adding the 3 tiles under the picture, you could place the standard links like Terms and conditions under it. You could remove the grey bar on the bottom of the page. Also, I asked to have links on the left side and the icons like Facebook on the right side
