Revamp Wordpress blog, tweak theme, and add new features

We're considering recreating the blog at blog.peopleperhour.com from scratch to start clean, but with the goal of retaining the current look and feel (theme) if possible. This includes:
- tweaking the Construct theme to get it to display posts/content (and advising if it's unworkable over the long term)
- migrating existing content over to the new blog cleanly and seamlessly
- incorporating in a Tumblr reblog feature that also works with video
- carrying over comment and social share functionality

New features we'd like to include are:
- improved navigation and category sorting within the member story section
- tweaking the template on the member story pages
- building out a press section (press release listing, video content, etc.)
- other cross-browser compatibility and bug fixes as necessary

We will evaluate proposals and decide if we will continue to upgrade the existing blog in its current state or proceed with this revamp.

Proposal submitters should be able to start work on this project full time mid next week (around Aug. 8) and deliver within about one week's time.

Please send along examples of WordPress work completed and live and describe the technical depth of you and your team. Ideally this person/group to work on this is based out of the US, but other geographies will be considered.
