Restore Wordpress from a backup

Hi there,

I was trying to update my Wordpress theme and was having problems doing it... I managed to update the theme through my server but then accidentally installed demo data which has now wiped out all my pages setup.

I had backups of the website through the plugin 'BackWPup' however I'm having problems reinstalling the backup now.

I need you to fully reinstall the backup from the folder so the website content and theme is the same as it was before... I can provide WP logins, Server Logins, WP theme files...
