Restore a PHP Phalcon Site from backups

I need an EXPERIENCES person to help me get a Phalcon site up and running.

I have all the files and databases, just need someone to get it all put together and make it work.

I require someone who is communicative and responsive.

I require regular updates

I require someone who can be do this task ASAP and not be a Googler who thinks they can do it.

I have a clean new VPS with LAMP stack installed.

Please do not submit a proposal unless you can tick those boxes.

Budget is fixed at £150.00.

Note: I do not require a new website and I do not require SEO.
