Responsive WordPress and WooCommerce Theme

General information for the website: WordPress Product website with Quote feature and WooCommerce for online purchasing
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: We need a Responsive WordPress Theme for a new website which has 3 main functions:

1. General Company, Service and Product information
2. Display Product Range A, B, C and allow customers to add products to a wishlist and request a quote
3. Display Product Range D, E, F and allow customers to purchase them online
4. Live Help using LiveChat

WooCommerce will power the online purchasing and if possible the wishlist but only certain products can be purchased and certain products are only available for a quote.

I will provide a dev url with WordPress and WooCommerce installed, plus the relevant FTP and DB access.

This needs to be completed by w/c July 7th so please don't send a proposal unless you can meet this deadline.

Please supply examples of other WordPress sites you have built a bespoke theme for and preferably has WooCommerce.
