Required Experienced Drupal 8 Developer

Hi, I need to well experienced Drupal developer for a project that I have to be continued. The developer must be able to do the following:

- start immediately
- quality code / work
- on time delivery
- attention to details
- "do" attitude instead of "skip" attitude
- great communication
- reliable and trustworthy
