Repairing Broken WP-Ecommerce Site

We have an apparel e-commerce store running on a customized Wordpress E-Commerce shopping cart and CMS platform. The site is hosted through Bluehost’s Pro Web Hosting services. The site has gone down as of Friday 4/26/2013 and our current developer says that vital files in the server have been moved or deleted, including but not limited to the index.php file. He is unable to resolve the problem.

We are looking for someone to repair the website and get it back up and running again. We are also looking for security measures to be implemented so that this sort of thing does not repeat itself. You will need WP E-Commerce CMS and website architecture/infrastructure skills. No other design or development tasks are required.

A successful engagement for me would be for someone to identify the problem, resolve it, explain to us what caused the problem, place best-practice security measures in place to prevent it from happening again, and train our staff on how we can take measures to avoid similar issues.

We request that this issue be resolved within a week's time. We are open to an hourly rate of $50/hour or a fixed rate payment. Terms are negotiable. Please send us a description of your background and similar repairs/projects you have worked on before.
