Remove Bad Backlinks With A Disavow File

I just bought some backlinks which included some bad quality ones i.e. no follow, toxic, not indexed etc. I have a CSV file with all the website backlinks using ahrefs.com there are 24213 backlinks. I need someone to use Monitor Backlinks https://monitorbacklinks.com/ to determine the link value. With the monitorbacklinks tool, you can import the CSV report from ahrefs and then create a disavow file for the bad links that I will upload on Google webmaster.
