Rebuild existing wordpress site with new theme

For a existing, hosting website, we like to have it rebuild with an other extensive template we already own.

The pages and content can be copied to the new template, using the shortcodes from the new template. In basic it must look nearly the same as far it fits into the new layout.

Besides of that, there is need of integration of a new external management system. Functionality must be the same as it is now, but with use of the new system (wefact hosting: http://www.wefact.com)
