Rebuid Website on Wordpress - Blog and Forum

We have a poorly coded blog website that has not currently launched yet so there is no content to migrate.

Due to the poor coding which is proving very problematic it's been recommended we rebuild the website again on Wordpress using the theme so it's identical on the frontend.

The website has a very basic job section (viewing and applying) and standard blog posts, we have our own custom theme.

There is a form for subscribing to the newsletter which needs to be linked to our Mail Chimp account.

There is a standard contact us form.

We also want to install Vanilla Forums open source plugin and we have our own design that needs to be used as a custom template. http://vanillaforums.org/docs

We want to install www.businessdirectoryplugin.com

We have social sharing buttons on each blog post.

We have links to our social network profiles.

We want to use the Twitter feed plugin on the side bar.

We have a facebook comments box on the blog posts.

This work must be competed within 2 weeks and the work is ready to be assigned immediately.

You must have strong experience in developing wordpress websites and able to work with custom themes.
