Professionally SEO my Wordpress site.

Hi I've just had a wordpress site built by a fellow pph user but he didn't touch the SEO part of the site.

After looking though the hourlies part I would like it if someone could undertake the following:

- Full meta tag editing and optimisation
- Keyword research for each page
- Installation and configuration of the Yoast SEO plugin
- Manual keyword optimisation of posts and pages
- H1, H2, H3, H4 tag implementation
- Image optimisation, alt text & title implementation
- Sitemap.xml installation, configuration and submission to Google Webmasters
- Robots.txt install and advanced wordpress configuration
- Internal linking implementation configuration
- Google webmaster & Google Analytics integration & configuration
