Problem with website being indexed

Hi, We transferred a clients website to our server and in doing so, we changed over to https. For some reason, the website isn't being indexed at all and the client has lost all ranking from their website, with the website not appearing.

Google Webmaster Tools seems to signify that a robots.txt file is blocking the indexing of the website but I am unable to locate.
