Problem with a plugin installed on a theme

Hi there,

I have a problem with a wordpress site build on a theme, called BETHEME. I bought a plugin, but it doesn't seem to work in the frontend... The website is build on www.website-online.be and the plugin I used is http://condolencemanager.com/. When you go to the website, inside the video is a button (ROUWREGISTER) to go to the page where the plugin page needs to show, but it is blank. The plugin exists of 2 pages: an overview of deceased people and a single page per deceased person. I installed another theme to check if the plugin would function there and it did. But there I had some layout issues, so I really want to use betheme as my basic theme. I'll send 2 pictures to show you how the plugin page could look. If you have another, better solution, I'm maybe open for it.
So what needs to be done?
1. make the plugin work in frontend of the website
2. wpml language switcher is not shown on plugin page either, so this needs to be fixed
3. betheme uses animations, but can we add extra animation or change the standard animations?, because I would need the exact same animations like http://185.59.17.9/~begrafen/site2/
4. is it possible to make the changes in a child-theme so I won't lose any of the above changes when I update the theme?

If you have any questions, I like to hear from you. I hired a developer who couldn't help me out, so I lost a week and now I'm stuck and I really need to finish next Monday. So it's really urgent! I've send some printscreens of how it should look like. Some of your fellow freelancers on this website could help me out in minutes with 1., so I don't think it's such a big problem.
