Pre-select a jquery masonry filter when a Wordpress page loads

What I need is:
When you click only on "Referanser" --> show all projects
When you click on submenu page called "husbygg" --> show prefiltered page filtered by category "husbygg".
When you click on submenu page called "kjøkken" --> show prefiltered page filtered by category "kjøllen".
When you click on submenu page called "våtrom" --> show prefiltered page filtered by category "våtrom".
Description of requirements/features: The project filtering uses .js which runs on the web browser not the server, the WP menu uses PHP which runs on the server. The language which could connect them is AJAX. I tried hiding the two redundant filter headings by sending a long page URL instruction (like you often see on dynamic web pages) but it was getting too complicated to be reliable.
