Post styling & search in Wordpress - List rooms for hire

I need an experienced Wordpress developer to work on an existing WP site to style a post type for ONE category and add filtering to list rooms in an office block for hire. Each room has its' own floorplan, featured image and 3 custom fields which are already created for Price, size and availability.

I need the developer to take the visual designs and style ONLY the new post types - the rest of the theme is up and working and responsive THIS JOB IS ONE TEMPLATE ONLY NOT INCLUDING HEADER OR FOOTER.

The website is a live website and all fonts colours etc are already in place, it is JUST the post listing I need built (I don't even need a post details page it is purely the listings).

I need to be able to display all the posts on a page and allow filtering by price and size .

Site uses ACF Pro for custom fields WHICH ARE ALREADY SETUP and so is the theme.

- This job must be complete by 3pm Weds 21st October UK time - no flexibility (I've been mucked about already by someone who said they could deliver then did not)
- Images and further detail to be provided on request
- Wordpress login and FTP to be supplied to successful bidder
- I will run a Zoom screenshare if required to run thru requirements
- Please start your brief with "I HAVE READ THE BRIEF" otherwise your quote will be immediately rejected
