Port existing website (WordPress) to new domain & template updates (inc graphics)

This job requires both Wordpress & graphic design skills/knowledge. I'm looking for a realistic fixed price quote & swift implementation as current agency has let me down.

Hi,

I'm re-branding the business & I'm looking to port the existing website (www.cyclezoneuk.com) to the new domain (www.griffscyclelab.co.uk).

I'd be grateful if you could give me a quote for the following:
1. Port cyclezoneuk.com content to griffscyclelab.co.uk
2. Integrate 2 new WordPress plugins to griffscyclelab.co.uk:
- http://demo.pixelentity.com/?estro_wp
- http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-catalogue/ (Pro version)
3. Update template background graphics/header panel in line with the new logo to give the site a new look & feel
4. Update 'Opening Hours' & 'Workshop Services' jpegs with new info & look/feel
5. Add new Google Analytics codes
6. Add new Google code to the domain enable email access via Google Aps for Business
7. Create x2 new basic webpages for cyclezoneuk.com, one with two links on it & one with basic trading information


These are the first steps to getting the new site live. I've got a roadmap of new site features that I'd like to implement in the future, so a successful engagement now will present opportunities for a longer term engagement.
