PDF to Wordpress Custom Theme Development - HTML5 CSS3 jQuery

This project is to convert 5 page designs into a HTML5 CSS3 wordpress theme. Designs can be supplied as PDF or AI files. The pages will feature sliders, simple lightbox galleries. The layout is quite simple and shouldn't involve too much complexity for an experienced developer.

I would like to galleries, sliders and page content to be populated from ACF (advanced custom fields). Licence can be provided if necessary, however we do not want any other plugins to be required for galleries of sliders. I am happy for you to use out of the box jQuery plugins, as long as they are integrated with the theme code and can be populated from ACF.

Development should be custom, not using divi, elementor or any other page builder. We would also rather not use bootstrap or any frameworks.

Code must be clean and fast. We are just looking to have the theme developed, we will do all of the rest such as populating the content and constructing the other pages etc.

We are an agency looking for a long term relationship on ongoing projects to support the ongoing growth of the agency. Ideally we would like to see previous work examples of customer theme development. We are happy to be flexible to suit your process and send video guides to how we want parts of the page to work, written guides, file formats etc. Again, we want a long term relationship.
