Paypal with Contact Form 7 (Options)

Hi

I need someone to help me with the following for one of my clients. I need two forms.

FORM ONE
The form needs to collect payments (using Paypal)
Person selects a date option for the course (the client can set this)
The form needs to present different dropdown options for 3-4 different courses.
For one of the courses we need conditions to aska question (for a previous course atteneded) and present one of two options depending on the answer)
Prices then are shown and user is sent to Pay in Paypal.

FORM 2

Same as Form one except that for these courses it is specific dates that the client sets e.g. once off courses.

I have some fo the form built already just battling with the final bits.
