Paypal adaptive payments

General information for the website: Paypal Adaptive payments
Description of requirements/features: We have a 90% complete website. We have the regular paypal setup but its not adaptive payments. We want adaptive payments so that users using our website can get paid for the tickets they sell and we get the commision of %20 added to their ticket cost. I need an experienced developer to take website to their local host and make the paypal adaptive payments work. SO that when a user creates an account and add their events to our website, they can get paid for all the tickets they sell in their paypal and we receive our commission in ours and they can see their sales report on their user dashboard which is already set up, we just need it to work.
