Ongoing: Web Designer - Wordpress Experience Essential

IMPORTANT: Only bid on this job if you can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.

We're a very busy agency with over 500 customers and over 30 active projects at all times. Due to rapid growth, we need another freelancer or employee to join the team. There's full time work available if you want it, but you must be genuine about your availability when you bid as we value reliability. We work with start-ups through to several household names.

On top of the hourly rate is a leaderboard based bonus scheme, perks and if suitable/desired directors positions at the agency.

IMPORTANT: Good English is essential - UK based team members are preferred

Tasks:
Photoshop mock-ups of new websites based on briefs provided
Customising themes to match mock-ups
Building pages
Responsive styling

Essentials:
Good design skills are essential
Good CSS skills are essential
Experience with Wordpress is essential, Page Bakery/Visual Composer a bonus

Nice to haves:
WP theme creation experience is very helpful
Ability to work using common sense is always appreciated
Copy-writing skills are a bonus

Please do not bid based on "retail" hourly rates of £25/hour, etc as you'll just be rejected. This is steady work (full-time if you're available) with us taking risk, doing sales/marketing, managing customers, etc. £6k a month is not attractive to us, so any high bids will be rejected.

Tasks will be raised on Zoho and time-tracked via Hubstaff.
