Hi
We have just signed up to Linnworks and started to get it set up.
Mostly it works very well but we keep hitting snags causing us a delay in fully adopting the software.
We are ideally looking for a company that can help us fix issues that we come up against in Linnworks.
Examples of recent issues
- How do we manage refunds from WP to LW so when we refund n order LW and WP both show as 'Refunded'
- Shipping labels are printing with the margins cropped which means the courier cannot scan the barcode
- We need to change the layout of the invoices
- How should the customer service team look into processed orders ie tracking details, refunded orders, etc
if you have extensive experience with Linnworks please send a quick overview of the technical work you have completed
