One page Wordpress website

Hi

I have a sketch of the one page website I require.

It has 6 sections, header, header image, services section(which will be tables of options) contact form and footer.

I have the content.

Must be completed fast.

MUST be built with speed in mind. Ideally a custom theme and no over reliance on plugins. Must be fast, slick and eye catching.

This site will evolve over time adding more pages so more work will be there.

Budget is very strict and tight as this is a new project.

No Silly quotes, i don’t require the world building, JUST what’s here.

I am aware I’m asking a lot for not a great budget, if you can’t do it or want more money, this job is not for you but thanks for looking.
