New Theme for existing site

I have a site that needs a new pervasive theme. The site is called 'Conveyancing Hero'. I need a cartoon superhero theme designed, common to all pages for the site background.

2)
I have some glitches on the site which shows references to html - have a look - www.conveyancinghero.co.uk

3)
I have 3 boxes on every page 1. Get and instant quote 2. Request a callback 3. Ask a solicitor - these functions do not work properly and need fixing

I would also like the colours of the boxes changing that compliment the new theme design

I would also like you to replace all images with cartoon equivalents
