New joomla site based on Vehicle manager or similar

I have purchased Vehicle manager 3.9 from Ordasoft which I have changed the language constants to Yachting and boating terms as I am doing yacht charters and not cars. My existing site is www.vrakotasyachting.com

I am starting a new project where boat owners be able to list their boats on the new site entering from the front end and directed to their own back admin to do the listing. The clients will initially deal with me and after booking they will deal with the owner. A similar site is www.theglobesailor.com . The boat owners after login go the www.theglobesailor.com/pro to do the listing and maintenance of their fleet but there you need the login . I will give it to you later.

I will purchase their latest version 4 + with the yachting template. I will install it on a live site but will need some changes and additions to be done but I am not very good with coding and will need your help if interested. If you have another suggestion or another software we can look at it.
