New/customised slideshow as a WP plugin for homepage and recipes

Description of every page/module: One slider required for the homepage and a second for the recipes page. Yes, I'm told that sliders are bad for websites (which is why I MUST have it SEO optomised, but if you have an alternative approach for the same result, I need to hear from you!!!
I need to be able to add a shortcode to these pages for it to operate. Must be fully SEO compliant with image tags and titles for Google.
Description of requirements/features: Needs to be both customisable and fully accessible from the dashboard, so that I can control the text and images that appear and in what order. Colour wheel options required. Title of each recipe should be clickable to recipe page on my website. Each of the 4 recipe tiles should also be clickable.

Each slider nameble, so I can use different ones on different pages.

I have a recipe plugin driving the website and ideally I'd like it connected to the slider (default set to recent recipes created), but mostly I have to be able to override the recipes and manually select what appears on the 4 tiles.
Specific technologies required: I am told that javascript is bad for SEO and google rankings, so you need to take this into account. CSS/HTML5 I think???
Extra notes: For the person I accept, I will confirm exact dimensions, colours etc. Plugin required within the next week. Design attached, taken from a competitor's website, so I need my own personalised version!
