General information for the website: We sell CCTV
Description of requirements/features: I have a WordPress website where I sell CCTV cameras.
I am looking to have an application form integrated and also some form of trade login once their application has been approved.
Once logged in they will need to see different prices from standard users.
I would like the form to be designed in the same style as my contact form with a progress bar at the top.
I need this job done ASAP and need good communication. The last guy dissapeared of the face of the planet.
