page where your potential customers will look for basic information about your company. You'll

want to consider what it is your company does for your customer. Focus on the value you

provide. Focus on their needs. When writing content for your home page you need to focus on

what it is your company does that makes people's lives better. People are selfish. They need to

understand how your company makes their life better or else they will leave your site. A

designer usually loves it when you can provide a few short sentences about what it is your

company provides that is most valuable. List things in priority order and they'll use the content

where appropriate on the home page.

I would like the Home page to clearly portray our industry (residential real estate) and what

we do as a company, which is the buying, renovation, and selling of residential real estate. I

would also like the home page to show the properties we have recently completed that are for

sale. Just clean, simple, straightforward.

About Us Page

The About page is probably the most important page on your site after the home page. People

visiting a site are often curious about the people behind the business. For this page you'll want

to create content that describes your business and the people working there. If it's appropriate,

include bios for employees and even plan on providing photographs for the designer -

professional photos if possible.

Zenn Properties, LLC is a home renovation and house flipping business. We purchase

distressed and/or below market value homes, rehab/renovate, and sell at market value. We

are committed to providing the highest quality workmanship and a finished product that we

are proud to put our name on.

The Company was established in early 2014 by the founding partners, Zach Mitchell and

Jenny Cunningham. With a combination of appraisal, development, marketing, and interior

design in our backgrounds, we were able to create an enduring partnership with a strong

experience base from the launch. Starting in September of 2013, shortly before the formation

of the Company as it is known today, we purchased our first house with intentions to remodel

and sell for a profit. After four months of a crash course in construction, we had our first

completed project. Surprisingly enough, we fell in love with the property and with a slight

change of exit strategy decided to purchase the home for ourselves. With a cash-out

refinance we paid our investor back his initial principal, along with a 24% annualized return,

gained an immediate large equity position, and shifted focus to our next investment

opportunity.

descriptions are to follow but please keep a place holder of space for this.
