Need WordPress engineer to fix task on my website.

I have a website available on http://7yatra.com/musclebound/

I need following task to be fixed on website.

1. Sub Header is not coming on mobile site, I need sub header will be display on mobile site, with "Contact Number and Login | Register " option.

2. On product category page right now it shows all "BRANDS" in dropdown, I only need a list of brands associate with that particular category,

For Example, If we have Brand Value like Brand 1, Brand 2, Brand 3, and if product category A support only Brand 1 and Brand 2, then the dropdown only shows Brand 1 and 2.

Like on following page:
http://7yatra.com/musclebound/product-category/mma-fight-gloves/ The brand has to be only "FAIRTEX"

Similarly for Brand Page, a List of supported category needs to display, right now it display all categories.
