Need Wordpress Blog with our Current Site Theme

We have a website and want to build a new wordpress blog connected with it.

Now we have two requirements.

First Part:

Apply the theme of our main website to the blog. Make sure every font, style, color, header, footer and menu items are same/similar to the main website.

Second Part:
-------------
There are currently 4 main categories inside the blog.
- Removal Articles
- Sub Category 1
- Sub Category 2
- Sub Category 3
- Sub Category 4
- Sub Category .....
- Press Releases
- Case Studies
- Research Reports

I to make sure the wordpress serves as a typical blog for just one category called "Removal Articles". It means, when we are on the Removal Articles category page, all blog right side components should work such as "Recent Posts", "Categories" (Only subcategories of "Removal Articles" should display), "Archives", "Recent Comments". Similar goes for post details page under this category or its subcategories.


However, if we go to Press Releases or Case Studies or Research Reports category, I want Wordpress to act as website CMS. It should still display list of posts in the left container, but I do not want the right side blog components (such as Recent Posts, Archives etc) to appear on these categories listing page and posts details page under these categories. Instead in the right side column, include a php file which I can should be able to edit manually.

If building two blogs rather than one works out cheaper, I do not mind that. But I have a limited budget for this project. I need it to be done ASAP.
