Need Virtuemart Checkout page to be made responsive on mobile

I need the shopping cart page to be responsive on mobile phone. The price total column is missing from the mobile checkout page view. The radial check box needs to be made a more visible colour too.

I also need the language file finding as I want to change the text for billto shipto and shipping message under product price on product detail page.
