General information for the website: ie8 issue with existing Wordpress website.
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: I've done a wordpress website using the Catalyst/Dynamic Theme. I've used the Mate Hover plugin to show 3 boxes in the footer. They are currently not showing in ie8 (and the comapany uses ie8 on their computers!). The mate hover plugin seem to demo ok on ie8 so I'm at a loss why it doesn't show.

Extra notes: I'm happy to move from mate hover. It just needs a hover effect over each image
