Need to dynamically add fields in front end of Contact form in Wordpress

We need the existing booking form customised to add more candidates.

Here in Procedure section you see various text fields

1. Candidate Name
2. PTS / Sentinel No.
3. Select DOA
4. Select Medical Procedure
5. Tick for Fastrack
6. Tick for CBH
7. Other please specify.

Please see the attached screenshot. We need to add "Add more candidate" button to this section to add these 7 fields again for another candidate. So there should be capability for maximum of 50 candidates to be added. Once they add these fields and submit the form its just emails the admin all these details that has field in the entire form.

Currently the contact form 7 plugin has been used to build the form. If you can add this "Add more candidate" feature on the front end of the form in the same plugin then its best. Or feel free to write a new plugin to make this form with dynamic addition of add more candidates.

Please note we need to add validation and error messages (not js pop ups) on all form fields.
