Need to create custom feature or create custom plugin for wordpress theme

i am working on a website that provides appartment rentals, tours and taxi. I need to create a feature on my wordpress website where by i can add any number of these services together like a "bundle".
When the user selects the bundle, all the different products in the bundle are sent to cart.
All products require the following inputs so its important that the customer is able to enter these inputs first before clicking on add to cart :
- How many people
- How many days(checkin and checkout).
