Need to change a WordPress shortcode plugin Progressbar elements styles.

General information for the website: Need simple layout modification on animated progressbar

Description of every page/module:

We need to make the present circle progressbar which looks like this link: https://goo.gl/chdlkc To look like the attached example image.

This progress bar getting used by a shortcode from themes shortcode template.

Would prefer if the modification can be done via theme function.php instead of modifying the core template file.

Please check attached image for reference how it should looks. (image is static but does not ignore the animation)

The job is simple and instructions are too as long as you have the skill to modify a WordPress plugin/theme php functions and basic knowledge of html, css and js.


Description of requirements/features:

How the example image should Work?.

It should be very similar to the present circle. Except:
1. The text/tagline should be moved to the inner center of the circle.
2. Progressbar Percentage loading value will be replaced by numeric numbers as shown in sample attached image.
3. Numeric value will be doing counting animation just like present percentage value animation does in the demo. Make sure counting is faster for bigger amount numbers.
4. Circle fill loading animation will not be limited to its value like percentage loading animation and won't does half loading. Circle should show fully loaded like sample image, same as what it does now for 100% value block.
