Need integration of Ruby on Rails database with Wordpress site

Description of requirements/features: I am developing a website that will be centered around searching and finding events. I will be using a theme similar to the examples below:

I will need the information that is sorted in these pages to come from a (already existing) Ruby on Rails database. There needs to be 3 separate APIs - Conventions, Users & Creators (event celebrity). Each API will have its own set of data, e.g. Name, Location, Hotel info, Image, Ticket Price, etc. I have attached CSVs of these categories with sample data.

The developer will need to have working knowledge of Wordpress & Ruby on Rails and be able to create the APIs and integration. The information needs to auto-populate into Wordpress as it is created in the database and integrate seamlessly within the theme.

Development of other site content will NOT be needed. This will be strictly creating the Ruby & Wordpress synchronization.
