Need few changes in WP theme from appthemes - vantage

I run marketlinkup.ie in the vantage theme.

I need some custom changes to be made to the code including:
Change the name of EVENT button to other
Change the name of that EVENT everywhere else within the site (dashboard, names on the forms etc)
Hide “search for events" button from the main page - header
Customize (make smaller) forms that create an event.
Change permalink structure so urls appear as:
domain name.ie/name of the category/location of the business/name of the business.
Change titles of the pages to marketlinkup.ie|name of the page
At this moment titles appear: name of the page|marketlinkup.
Insert “suggest the category” button in the create listing page
