Need editing in wordpress theme.

Description of every page/module: First-
While the customer clicks on any of the specific category in the home page I need a slider page to be added after they click on the category page.
This slider page will have a slider for that particular category and then the zones of interest or areas. After they click on respective zones they get to the actual posts.
Next the posts-sticky posts should be on top of the page and other normal ones below.but the below ones should be randomly arranged.

Job manager plugin is used in the theme. therefore on the results page url still says job listing category and so on. please remove the name job make it as offer instead of job.

Also can you arrange the home page category on his previous browsing history?
That will be brilliant.
