Need a website/membership site upgraded to be mobile friendly. Plse see description

Hi, I have a Wordpress site with a blog and a membership site attached (built using Optimize Press and Magic Members). The Membership site contains content including 28 videos., all works well and looks good.

But I need the site upgraded to be mobile friendly so that it plays o.k. on all mobile devices, and tested to make sure all of my current marketing set up works well before handing back to me, and that the Membership site still works properly from a 'customer' perspective.

I know that the Optimize Press is an old version, so OP Version 2 will need to be installed, but I am not sure if that's all that needs doing to make the website o.k. for mobile. I'm hoping for the path of 'least disruption' because all my current marketing (including opt-in pages etc) point to that site, so I don't want to have to transfer everything to a completely new site.

(However, I will need a separate new site built for another project in the near future, so if all goes well there might be an opportunity for ongoing relationship to complete that work too.

I am needing this mobile upgrade completed within 7 days from start date please, preferably sooner.

Ideally I would also like an additional page set up on the site which has a different theme or 'look' from the rest of the site, and contains an opt-in box. I don't know whether it's possible to do this using Optimize Press, and I will need your advice on that please. However, the most important & urgent task is the mobile upgrade.

In your proposal please let me know what experience you have had with this sort of work, and what you think can be done to solve the 'mobile' problem, and any thoughts you have on what I have said in the job spec.
